Dhupkheda
Ashram & Shri Sai Ganesh Mandir
Shri Sai Baba Prakata Bhoomi — the land of Baba’s early years.
Prakata Bhoomi
Dhupkheda — sacred to Sai devotees
Dhupkheda is a village in the Paithan region of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar district (formerly Aurangabad), Maharashtra, near Dhakephal. Devotees revere it as Shri Sai Baba Prakata Bhoomi — where Sai Baba is believed to have spent nearly nine years of his early life before going to Shirdi.
For pilgrims who travel the Sai circuit, a visit to Dhupkheda completes the story that Shirdi continues.

World’s first
Shri Sai Ganesh Mandir
Established by Swami Baldev Bharti Ji in January 2000, the Shri Sai Ganesh Mandir is the world’s first temple in which Shri Sai Baba and Shri Ganesh are worshipped together — Vighnaharta, remover of obstacles, alongside the Sadguru who removes all fear.
The mandir is the heart of the Shri Saibaba Seva Sadhanashram, where daily aarti, bhajan and the ashram’s annual utsavs take place.
